Ethos Luxury Travel charges a per trip research and planning fee starting at $200, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is due after the initial consultation and prior to initiating trip planning. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation. We leverage our global network of preferred suppliers and our professional expertise to design a trip to exceed your expectations. Once pleased with the itinerary, we confirm and service all components of the trip including flights, accommodations, transfers, guided tours and activities. We also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more.
These fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. No additional fees will be charged by Ethos Luxury Travel on travel canceled by the vendor. Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after initial consultation. Additional airline & travel management fees may apply, depending on the trip.
All fees are non-refundable once paid.
Customized itineraries: $200 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be canceled by the client for any reason
Ethos Luxury Travel waives the planning fee for established clients on cruise only bookings where the client has picked the destination and route. Our clients often receive additional benefits included in their fare. For pre- and post- cruise itineraries, fees will vary depending on complexity.
These fees are in addition to any cancellation or change fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators or other vendors as outlined in their terms and conditions. No additional fees will be charged by Ethos Luxury Travel on travel canceled by the vendor. Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after initial consultation. We have an elite flight team charged with finding our clients the best flight solution at either equal to or better than market fares. We access all public fares available online in addition to accessing non-public fares on select international first/business class routes.
