Ethos Luxury Travel is a full-service travel agency providing arrangements for accommodations (hotels or homes), cruises and yachts, private and small group tours, transportation services, and travel insurance. Our agency is a member of Travel Edge and Ensemble and can provide complimentary VIP perks and upgrades that cannot be secured when booking your own travel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there fees involved?
For a luxury traveler, the upgrades and perks we deliver typically far outweigh our planning fee.
If you’ve already determined the travel provider you want (i.e., the hotel, cruise, or tour company), we’ll make travel arrangements for you and charge no travel planning fees. If you want a collaborative exploration of options with us for a custom experience, we request a planning fee of $250. For that fee, we work with you to understand your criteria for the trip, present options for your consideration, reserve the options you choose, check in with you during the trip to make sure it’s going well, and follow up with you after the trip to learn what was ideal and what could have been improved . . . so we can make the next journey even more spectacular. Our planning fee is covered by travel insurance, so the fee is insured with other non-refundable travel expenses.

Should Ethos Luxury Travel reserve your air travel or private aviation?
Yes, for two reasons. First, if we don’t make your air arrangements, by law we are not allowed to assist with any flight changes or interruptions that may occur during your trip. Our clients avoid being on hold for long periods or standing in long lines at the airport if we’ve booked their flights because our Air Department provides 24/7 support. Second, Ethos Luxury Travel has access to special air contracts globally that often deliver considerable savings to our clients for international business or first-class flights or private jet trips. For clients using miles or points to reserve air, Ethos Luxury Travel will happily arrange the balance of your trip, but we will not be able to ticket your flights.
