Although there is higher humidity, the climate is relatively mild, and the overall business of the islands is much quieter.

If you’re looking to book an extended stay in Switzerland, might we suggest in late May and early June, or after the summer rush in September and October. During both periods of time, the crowds are much less active, but the weather is milder, and hotel prices are usually much more affordable.
